Repeat Prescriptions

So we can manage your repeat prescriptions during this period, please check now to see that you have enough medication to last between Saturday 24 December 2022 to Monday 9 January 2023. If you are likely to run out during this time, then please request a repeat via Vensa, or call us now to organise a repeat prescription ahead of time - this must be done by Tuesday 20 December.

Opening hours over the holiday period

We will be closed from Saturday 24 December 2022, and open again on Monday 9 January 2023. During this time, if you need medical attention, please continue to call our phone line (09 579 0563) where you can speak to a triage nurse and get advice on what to do next. You can also call Healthline for advice on 0800 611 116.

In an emergency, please call 111.

Alternatively, if you are after a telehealth consultation, we can recommend CareHQ. CareHQ’s doctors may be able to provide short bridging scripts, order tests and send referrals to support you when we are not available.
