We will be closed from 23 December 2023, and open again on 3 January 2024. During this time, if you need medical attention, please continue to call our phone line (09 579 0563) where you can speak to a triage nurse and get advice on what to do next. You can also call Healthline for advice on 0800 611 116.

If you are unwell over the summer break* and need to see a doctor while we are closed, we are pleased to let you know that, thanks to funding from ProCare, we are able to offer virtual appointments with a doctor for the same cost you would normally pay if you were coming to see us in person.

To see a virtual doctor, all you need is a computer or smart phone. In your normal web browser, enter book.unifyhealth.co.nz in the bar at the top, which will bring up a screen for you to enter your name and contact details. You will then be taken through the process of booking an appointment.

Your appointment will be with a doctor from CareHQ, which is a trusted online service with highly qualified New Zealand doctors, plus they are available from 7am – 7pm, 7 days a week (including public holidays).
